Lunch with friends
The Saturnalia Château will fling open its noble doors for luncheon revelry among Saturnalians of the highest calibre! Think of it, if you will, as a sanctuary from the hurly-burly of the Croisette—a veritable oasis of elegance and bonhomie. There, amidst good nosh and better company, we shall partake in what can only be described as a rousing symposium of camaraderie and first-rate chumminess.
3:30–6 pm
Saturnalia Studio
The Saturnalia Studio is no mere sideshow, mon vieux—it’s where bright minds rendezvous in bursts of dazzling insight and occasional intellectual fireworks, fawned over by our own media crew to capture it all. Think of it as a petit salon for the bold and brilliant, where marketing’s great mysteries are unraveled over something chilled and sparkling, ready to be shared with the world.
7–10 pm
Culinary celebration: seated dinner
Yvan's is not the sort of establishment where one merely eats. The evening opens, as all good evenings should, with something to tickle the grey cells. What follows is a procession of dishes so cunningly devised that even the most formidable of critics would be compelled to simply applaud. Course succeeds course with the inevitability of a well-plotted thriller until the whole affair reaches a finale of such magnificence that strong men have been known to weep quietly into their dessert spoons. The assembled luminaries of the creative firmament will be on hand throughout — bright-eyed and napkins deployed.

VIP B2B leadership dinner
An invite-only feast for the crème de la crème of the B2B world. Yvan’s is no ordinary larder. It’s a veritable theatre of the senses, where culinary brilliance takes center stage. Proceedings commence with a touch of sprightly verse. From there, it’s a symphony of flavors, each course a movement building toward a crescendo so thunderous you’d think the chef had concluded with the 1812 Overture, live artillery and all.
